New and turnkey facilities

TGE designs, produces, installs and implements your new industrial evaporation and drying equipment, delivered turnkey-ready. From product specifications, each element of the equipment is calculated and tailored to meet your needs exactly.

Our teams take care of:

  • The definition of the equipment (calculations, CAD), layout;
  • The determination of implementation plan, in line with your limitations and specifics;
  • The required risk analyses (EC machinery directive, ATEX directive…);
  • The monitoring of equipment manufacturing;

At the end of 2016, TGE finalized the implementation of a new combined multi dairy products drying and evaporation facility.

  Renovation of existing facilities

TGE does the restoration or modification of existing evaporation and drying facilities to allow you to bring them back up to speed and adapt them to your new production or regulatory constraints.

The most common changes affecting the evaporators are the replacement of:

  • beam heads
  • distribution trays
  • beam feet
  • thermocompressors
  • heaters / condensers
  • separators

 

 

In 2016, TGE did the change of a drying chamber in a pharmacy installation.

TGE also regularly does the transition into mechanical compression of multiple effects type facilities with thermocompression, as part of energy saving or qualitative product improvement projects.

Changes made usually by TGE on drying facilities mainly concern the replacement or setting up:

  • of drying chambers (all or part: air distributors, cones, air extraction…)
  • of heaters
  • of atomization lines (atomizer/nozzles doubling, for example)
  • of vibrated beds
  • of static beds
  • of pneumatic transport
  • of air treatment batteries or desiccant wheels
  • of fans

A new facility is designed to process one or more products.
But the changing needs of our customers lead them to have to make their facilities evolve to process new products while still keeping the possibility of treating the product of origin, or worse, giving a completely different role to a existing facility.
It is then necessary to work out details for the facility with the new conditions in order to check on the operation (pressure/temperature), energy consumption…
